Every engagement below Coaching and Consulting credits forward. Half its value applies to the Coaching or Consulting engagement that follows.
“Every choice an operator makes is made by design or by default. There is no third option.”
— The Operator’s Playbook, Volume 1: Perspective — Section 1.6, By Design Or By Default
The diagnostic and working engagements in the stack are entry points. They are designed to give you a read, a working day, or a bounded piece of the Framework applied to your operation. The goal on the other side of every one of them is the same: a Coaching or Consulting engagement where the Framework runs long enough to change how the operation operates.
Credit Forward is the mechanism that makes that path clean. The operator who buys a diagnostic or a working day is not making a separate purchase from Coaching or Consulting. They are making a first move. When they take the next step, the first move’s value follows them into it.
How It Works
Every paid engagement below Coaching and Consulting credits at half its purchase value toward the first period of a Coaching or Consulting engagement.
You buy a Review, a working day, or a bounded engagement. When you move into Coaching or Consulting, half the fee you paid comes off the first period’s invoice.
One credit per client. The forward engagement must exceed the credit value. The credit is live for 30 days from the completion of the qualifying engagement. Does not combine with any other offer.
Designed For Operator Ownership
Every offer on this site is designed against the same principle. Operator ownership of the operating surface, the discipline, the data, the framework, the Guest relationship, and the operation itself. The framework does not exist to make the operator dependent on the framework. The framework exists to be run by the operator.
The free assets are operator property. The books, the KB Dictionary, the blog, and hacksterism.com are free and stay free. They contain the framework itself — the load-bearing IP, the operating principles, the diagnostic tests, the class-play prosecution. The operator who reads them and runs them owns the discipline. Owning the discipline is the point.
Commercial offers exist for framework execution against specific operations. Coaching, The PeriodReview™, The OnsiteReview™, The OffsiteReview™, The One-On-One™, The Diagnostic™, and Credit Forward all exist for the same reason. To run the framework against the operator’s specific operation on defined scope with a defined exit. Every engagement transfers the discipline. Every engagement leaves the operator more capable of running the framework independently than they were when the engagement started.
No subscription capture, no dependency escalation, no data extraction, no framework arbitrage. Every commercial offer has a defined start, a defined scope, and a defined end. The operator can exit any engagement at the end of its defined period without losing continuity of the operation. The operator’s Guest data, cast data, financial data, and operational data remain the operator’s. The framework taught during the engagement remains the operator’s to run afterward. Refer back to the free KB and books to keep running the framework without further paid engagement.
The commercial line’s purpose is to accelerate the operator’s independence, not to secure the operator’s dependency. Every engagement is designed to graduate the operator out of paid engagement. The operator who runs the framework well needs fewer engagements over time, not more. That is the design.
The class runs [Edison Trust Arbitrage] and [Stacked Arbitrage] against restaurant operators across sixteen surfaces. This framework refuses to run it against the operator’s relationship to their own operation. Free is free. Paid is defined-scope. Ownership is the operator’s road. Every offer on this site is built for that road.

Terms
One credit per client. The credit applies to the first period of a Coaching or Consulting engagement only. The forward engagement must exceed the credit value. The credit is live for 30 days from the completion of the qualifying engagement. Does not combine with any other offer or discount.
Why This Exists
The design intent is simple. Every engagement below Coaching and Consulting is a first move. The Framework applied in a bounded window — one issue, one period, one working day — gives the operator a read. The read tells them what the actual work is. The actual work is a Coaching or Consulting engagement where the Framework runs long enough to change how the operation operates.
Credit Forward removes the friction between the first move and the next one. The operator who takes the first step is not asked to buy twice. The value they paid follows them into the engagement where the work actually gets done.
